Lead Intelligence Community Technical Recruiter - REMOTE

St Petersburg, Florida

The DarkStar Group is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to join our team.

THE ROLE

  • As an experienced Intel Community Technical Recruiter, what type of results do you think you could achieve if you had the following?
  • A database curated by a top Intel/Defense headhunting firm for 20 years, and then expanded, with the following features.
    • 6300+ TS/SCI and higher cleared engineers
    • 3900+ at the FS Poly level
    • everyone is tagged by their skill set
    • most candidates are software engineers, data scientists, cloud / devops engineers, or cyber engineers
    • email addresses on 98%+ of the candidates
  • A series of LinkedIn Recruiter projects with thousands of additional, similar candidates, and more InMails than you could possibly use.
  • Full access to ClearanceJobs.com.
  • A highly-configured process in a customizable ATS that allows for rapid sourcing, messaging, follow-up, and long-term relationship management of candidates?
  • 23 programs with multiple years of funding, some sole-sourced, and most needing the same types of people (so 1 good candidate in the areas listed above might fit 5+ contracts).
  • An average of 75 to 100 immediate openings at any given time across our programs.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in GovCon
  • 3+ years' experience recruiting engineers at the TS/SCI + Polygraph clearance level - specifically for Northern Virginia IC programs
  • 3+ years' experience recruiting in Software Engineering, Data Science, and/or Cloud/DevOps fields
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter (not just LinkedIn)
  • Proficiency using one or more common Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Process-driven approach to sourcing, recruiting, and maintaining candidate relationships
  • Excellent writing and communications skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using and configuring Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a US government security clearance
